I wish that I could give it a lower rating than one star. Very poor home construction quality and there are all kinds of issues from day 1, like painting, flooring, roof, gaps in doors and windows, water leaks, etc. You will need to call the builder and the warranty company dozens of times to get any kind of attention from them. No concept of customer care or any professionalism on how they operate.
