The individual gardens and tall fences give you privacy and ownership. The Co-ops own lawn maintenance and winter snow removal is one of many benefits for living here. We have been here 25 years now!! Do we have 25 benefits. Yes I am sure we do. Best place ever! Staff are friendly and do an excellent job. Residences are lucky to live here.
Fantastic place to live, under great management. Everyone helps each other, and everyone takes a part in ensuring the complex stays safe and neat. There are block community parties for everyone.
