It's exactly what you expect. They kept my vehicle 4 days and everyday they would find something new. I picked up the car for over $1500 in repairs and still not fixed. It was stuck in 2nd gear and they said I would have to take it to a transmission shop. Not happy!

They are very honest! With only 30,000 miles, I was told by Brondes that I needed rear brakes, then eventually front brakes. Costing from $400 to over $600 from two different Brondes employees. I took my Edge to Heatherdowns Auto for rear brakes. They did a complimentary evaluation and told me that I did not need brakes! I really appreciate their honesty and I will go back !
These guys are the real deal! They do a great job with diagnostics, repairs, and offer reasonable prices for top-quality work.
I wasn’t aware that honest auto mechanics still existed. They do incredible work and are honest.
