In the span of a year, I've had 2 trauma events. (sliced a hand and a finger) both instances were super quick, informative about aftercare, and an overall positive experience.

Shes was awesome at first! As the years went on the appointments kept getting worse. She made me feel stupid when I would tell her what was going. I asked her to do blood work since I havent had any done since I was pregnant in 2017 and got denied. She told me that we were just there for meds? But it was my yearly? First appointment was me telling her about my main issue, which required medication that she happily filled. Second was a lump in my stomach, which she requested a CAT scan. Tried to talk about a 3rd issue and she stopped me, telling me that my "insurance may not cover that many issues during a single visit." She even went so far as to speak to me about my deductible; information she should not be discussing with me. My husband received this letter from Heather. She has tried to bully him into submission using his medication. All because he makes his own choices concerning medical care. A little background. He had a massive heart attack 5 years ago. The doctors told him his output was 21 percent afterward. That he would be dead in a year!! The more he went to the doctor the sicker he got. Heather Zimmerman is great! After seeing Dr Wiegman a few times , I decided to see her. She is wonderful, very knowledgeable. She listens and is always willing to help. It is too bad that St Francis is such a big money-making machine that does not put the patient first.
