I had a horrible experience with Dr Waters.
She cracked my nose and made a mistake during the surgery! What’s why she didn’t want to see me after that But only sent nurse. Now my side eye is moving excessively when my breathing
I came in with a broken nose and breathing issues. Dr. Waters and her team (especially Katie) were so helpful friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. They cleared my sinuses and straightened my nose in less than 30 minutes and no discomfort. This was my first time visiting an ENT and I will certainly be going back and recommending to family.
Great experience caring and knowledgeable. Young and knows her "stuff".
