Heather came to my home to support me and my 7 month old son as we tried to explore any solutions in regards to breastfeeding to his severe reflux. She was wonderful in listening to all my concerns, observing a breastfeeding session and asking my extensive questions about our situation. Heather came to my home and supported me and my baby as he was going through a nursing strike. She was able to provide me with tips and advice that I didn't think of trying on my own, along with excellent emotional support. She was so kind and understanding. After our session she sent a very detailed email with everything we went over. My baby is now fully back to nursing and I owe that to Heather!
Highly recommend Heather! After my son spent his first few days in hospital due to dehydration and lack of support from another IBCLC I decided to give up my plan of breast feeding and exclusively pump. As a new mom, I reached out to Heather for issues regarding breastfeeding. My son was in the NICU for 5 days when he was born. He was bottlefed and I didn't know if breastfeeding would be possible.
