Best experience we could have hoped for after 34 years in our home. Not only is Heather extremely personable but also very knowledgeable about the market. The photographer she brought in was phenomenal which set the tone for a relatively quick sale. We liked that Heather does it all herself-we were never passed to a team member. Heather even answered texts at all hours and was truly attentive to our needs following up to get answers to our questions during negotiations Heather’s guidance made this a great experience!
Heather is amazing, awesome the best!!! She went above and beyond any expectations I had for a realtor. One weekend on the market and home was sold. WOW! Heather coordinated the updates and repairs needed with contractors to get the home ready for listing, and was spot on with the asking price that was met by offering buyers. Constant communication and availability were there during the whole process. I highly recommend Heather for your real estate needs :)
We can’t say enough about how much Heather helped and supported us during the sale of our home we had lived in for over 32 years.
