Heather is awesome and she deserves 5 stars! However the 3 star rating I gave is because I had to go almost a week without my RX medication due to messages I left with the office staff not being given to Heather. It was unpleasant to have to be unmedicated for nearly a week due to office staff dropping the ball. Good thing I’m not Schizophrenic. If I was I really could have gone off the rails going that long without medication. I wonder if the office staff would be held liable if such a situation ever occurred?

I did not feel heard by her. Even when I expressed concerns about the side effects of medications. It felt like I was talking to a wall and she was just reading off her questionnaire. When I opened up about what I was going through and my symptoms, she just kept reading off her script. We had around 4 appointments and I thought it would get better with time, but it didn't. This was my first experience with a psychiatrist and it's made me loose a bit of faith in the profession.

Heather was great! She listened to my concerns and addressed my needs. I highly recommend her!
