She Failed to catch a concern in my lab report. She sent a message in the patient portal that all was good. Initially I found Dr Schrof's services satisfactory. However, when I began to experience issues, my experience changed. I had gone in to see her after 1 week of constipatation - something I had never experienced before. I felt dismissed and unheard in the appointment. I was instructed to maintain the Miralax regime I had been instructed to take. After another week, the pain became unbearable, and I went to urgent care who sent me to the ER immediately.
