Couldn’t speak for the doctor Heather Smith, but I’m sure she’s as amazing as her reviews! As for the front desk receptionist, she doesn’t do her job correctly. Acts like it’s a chore and not a job. Sat there over two hours just to be told “my insurance” wasn’t going through, even thought I had proof I was accepted just was waiting on my card to be mailed and after speaking with my Medicaid they claimed she didn’t even try to reach out and help me with the issue- I even asked what I could do for it, so that I could be seen. ... read more
