RecommendedHeather Ridge has its ups and downs but that’s in any community. For the most part it’s peaceful and maintenance usually is on the job when it comes to repairs. I have no complaints other than the usual which would be at any complex. My lease is up and renewing it month to month means paying the updates market price and a $200 convenience fee per month. I may be forced to move other than that great place to stay.

We had a great experience staying at Heather Ridge. Trinette worked with us when we need to find an apartment, kept us informed on the renovation and got us in withiin our timeline. We enjoyed the friendliness, the quick response time of any issues, and the activities offered at Heather Ridge for the last year. We certainly recommend them highly for anyone looking for a great apartment with beautiful grounds and a welcoming staff.
Living at Heather Ridge is more like a condo experience (without all the expenses) than an apartment. Staff and maintenance are all very friendly and prompt. The grounds, gym, and pool are very nice and well maintained. I love that the community is brought together through many ongoing activities throughout the year. it's quiet, and my neighbors are great. I really like it here.
5 stars I’m very pleased. I moved into a totally renovated apartment in March 2018. The complex is well managed and maintained. My apartment backs up to the woods and a man made pond. It’s breathtaking in the summer. My neighbors are nice - my downstairs neighbor has lived here for 15 years. That says a lot! The most important thing for me is that it’s QUIET and peaceful. I thank God every day for getting me out of a horrible complex in Canton and leading me to Heather Ridge.

Me and my family moved in a few months ago and have been really impressed so far. Our place was completely renovated and looks beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond, they even bought each resident special valentines day cupcakes! The grounds crew is fast and does a great job. I've called maintenance twice and the guy was here within a few minutes. I have lived at Heather Ridge for a few years now and absolutely love it! The office staff are very friendly. The Maintenance staff Eric and Jim are Great and very fast at taking care of my maintenance request usually by the time I get home from work that same day. My only complaint is I wish that Jim and Eric would go back to doing the snow removal! The contractors just aren't as good.

I lived there for 3.5 years, paid rent on time, cleaned it well, and when I left the apartment, they charged for silly things (like stains in carpet). Overall it is not a good experience - I do not recommend to anyone.
