This agent is negligent. Have been a State Farm customer for 25 years. I got insurance for a new car, and did not receive my temporary cards until requesting them days after establishing the new policy. After over a month, I had not received permanent cards or binder, and my car loan holder mailed to say they would revoke my loan due to lack of insurance. Extremely difficult to reach. Rarely returns calls and rarely responds to emails. Doesn't seem interested in maintaining my relationship with State Farm. This person is a blight on State Farm's reputation. Stay away!
Heather is always very communicative and will go over your coverage and will advise what is best and will when you call view your plan and advise if there are additional savings to be had. We've been with Heather for 10+ yrs and very satisfied, we recommend Heather Proctor.
Very good place to get insurance.
