Very disappointed! Nothing more frustrating than a NP who doesn’t listen to the patient. Dr Trapp retired so I gave her a try. 1st appt of the day waiting 35 min to see her without anyone coming to communicate with me! Once I voiced, I was going to find a doctor I was blocked from office communication regarding a follow up and necessary medications.
She’s awesome. She takes time to listen to your concerns. She has always put in110% trying to resolve issues. I highly recommend her.
