We have been with Heather for six years. No complaints and great staff. Has always been responsive to all our insurance needs. Highly recommended.
Very unprofessional and basically stole 313$ in a refund because they don't give refunds on boats for unused premiums!!! Do not use State Farm. They consistently raise the premium at each renewal. I got AAA (Geico) for 40% less. She told me she took "full responsibility" because her staff did not tell me the policy but neither State Farm nor Ms. Powell would refund my money. She told me I should have read the 12 pages of fine print. My consumer complaint to the Attorney General and Ark. Ins Dept goes out today.
Heather and her team have always been incredibly helpful, especially during a time when I totaled my car out of state. They have helped me file claims, increase the cost-efficiency of my coverage, and even advised me on reducing credit card debt by transferring the balance to a 0% APR State Farm Credit Card! Highly recommend.
