She was the NP assigned to a family member while they were in the hospital and she was horrific. Failed to discuss concerning MRI findings with the patient, they found on their MyMercy app. Never gave the patient an opportunity to ask questions. When I tried to ask a question she walked out of the room and closed the door in my face. I attempted a second time and she kept walking down the hall. She is a humiliation to the nursing profession and healthcare.
