Great person, doctor, and surgeon
I've had three procedures in the last 6 months and I am very pleased with the results. While Dr Pena is not a conversationalist I don't expect her to be. She's a very busy person and the work she does is really amazing. I had 2 mohs procedures and a revision and my nose looks pretty dang great for what she had to fix. Her staff is amazing and very nice. I have complete confidence in Dr Pena s abilities and skill. She really did work magic on my nose.
I had a very minor, routine procedure. It got immediately infected, swelled to a major degree and busted out my stitches. I called, submitted pictures of it, and was summarily ignored afterwards. I don't even know how to go about getting it fixed since nobody will return a call. I've never been treated so poorly by a physician or their staff. I'll probably have a huge scar on my face for the rest of my life due to incompetence, poor communication, or both. I guess I'll try to schedule an emergency appointment with my primary... read more
