The maintenance girl that works here, "D", is ON POINT! She showed up immediately upon request to rekey all of my locks. Got it done in just 5 minutes, and then before she left, she also fixed my oven / stove which hadn't been working since Labor Day! She got it working in seconds! She was friendly and also taught me what to do in case things stopped working again. This girl is amazing and their maintenance department here is nothing short of top notch! I'm loving it.
I’m new to the neighborhood but, the team is great and Mrs.Dee has been rescuing me ever since I moved here lol she is amazing !!
Everything about this experience was great. They were very patient, kind and made sure we understood everything! I️ love it , 10/10 would always recommend!
I was very pleased with the maintenance team at Heather Park Apartments Dee and Dave, because our dryer quit working and the maintenance Dee and Dave got it replaced quickly.
I moved in February of 2025 and Ms Katelynn in the garner office was super helpful. She made the process extremely easy and stress free. When I had issues she was right there to fix them immediately. I recommend going to her with any concerns
