Heather is so down to earth and easily relatable. She isn’t aggressive but she doesn’t sugar coat things either. She will tell you what you need to hear, when you need to hear it. Personally, Heather has helped me address my people pleasing habits and lack of advocacy for myself. Thank you for your gentle insight, and for constantly reminding me that i do in fact have the ability to make changes in my life. :)
