Dr Ostman is amazing. She is so different about weight loss then othere doctors I've seen. She thoroughly looks into "all" causes of weight gain not she tell you to e exercise more and eat less. She looks at metabolism and overal health.
I’ve been seeing Dr Ostmann for over a year now. She listens, provides me with medical recommendations on diet, exercise, conditions I can improve thru diet, otc medicine, and was helpful during pandemic. My husband and I had Covid 19 and I was able to take antibodies test to confirm. My husband was very sick and tested positive in March. I’ll continue to see Heather for my medical needs in retirement.
