Saw her for a minor medical issue. She was dismissive and condescending. Seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me.
I love Dr. Blackstone, but I didn’t really feel like i connected with her nurse, heather. I was seeing her monthly, and month after month she just berated me and was rude and bossy. The rest of the office was pretty nice, except for the medical assistant, she seemed to hate her job, probably because she had to work for heather! Needless to say, i switched practices and am very pleased that i did.
