Dr. Mielke is kind and caring, and thorough. She is a wonderful doctor who makes you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Mielke listens well and encourages healthy habits.
Dr Mielke is always very kind and polite and takes her time when you see her. Feel very confident with her care. But the front desk staff(welcome window) is the most rude and unprofessional person we have ever met at a medical facility. Treats you very rude and it seems that she does not care about you or your business at the Strongsville Ohio site. Really seems they could get someone to better represent the practice than a rude person at the welcome window.
After constant follow ups they submitted wrong procedure code which lead me end up paying$180 which should be covered under preventive care
