Heather was fantastic! She did an excellent job for my son, and based on his recommendation we decided to work with her as well. It turned out to be a wonderful decision. I had a great experience with Heather as a first-time home buyer. She guided me through the whole process and was incredibly supportive and communicative. I appreciated her attention to detail and to ensuring that I understood all of the documents and timelines. She was highly recommended to me by friends and family, and I would happily recommend her to others.
We had such a great experience working with Heather! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and as first time homebuyers it really put our minds at ease. She worked super hard for us and was passionate about helping us find our place. We are very happy with our purchase and the entire process.
Heather did a great job with marketing and selling our home quickly!
We have experienced the pleasure and pain of owning 11 houses. The process of selling can be complicated and confusing; the realtor you partner with can make all the difference. Heather McNicholas did ALL the heavy lifting and made our latest sale the best ever. Her experience, attitude and work ethic are incredible. When you need a realtor to help you buy or sell, she is the gold standard.
