Heather is a rare dentist that understands that her patients are regular people with bills to pay and that some procedures are expensive. Very often with other dentists you feel like they are pushing you to have work done with little understanding of the financial impact. I’ve always cringed going to the dentist, either the doctor was insensitive to my concerns or the hygienist was so rough she didn’t care if I bled or in pain. I am thankful to have found Dr. Yates, she is so compassionate and understanding. The patient’s comfort is her #1 priority.
Dr. Yates advertises as the "gentle" dentist and indeed she is. I have sensitive teeth and gums but with her I don't dread my cleanings. She actually does them herself. Love her!

Dr. Yates is by FAR one of the most compassionate, skilled, and ethical dentists I have ever known. She consulted for me on a difficult case a few years ago, and I was quite impressed by her professionalism and knowledge.
