Not a great experience. Got a turbinate reduction. Was told it would fix my issue of always feeling stuffy. It maybe fixed 20% of that problem. Doctor wrote in my patient portal that she advised me that I may need additional work done if this didn't work. She did not advise that. Next issue is billing. I sat down with someone to go over billing. She told me part of the surgery would need to be paid out of pocket - $976.94 because insurance doesn't cover it. No problem.
