Annual physical. Dr. Ho was up to date on my medical conditions, reports from other healthcare providers and future tests and studies. She is thorough and easy to talk to.
My visit with Dr. Ho was very thorough. She took her time responding to all of my questions and listened intently as I shared my medical history. My prescription was sent immediately to the pharmacy of my choice and referred several quality Specialists for specific healthcare follow ups I needed.
Dr. Ho has been my primary care physician for well over a decade and also provides care for my 2 children. She is always timely, professional, smiling, and caring no matter if it’s the common cold or a bigger issue. She truly cares for her patients and staff and has always provided excellent care. The Glendale clinic is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable about all areas of medics. Thanks, Dr. Ho!
Overall low engagement with me as a person. Main concern was changing medications I have been stable on from my previous provider. Preference for referrals rather than managing a stable condition with medications “because that’s clinic policy.” No critical thinking skills or willingness to explore other options of managing chronic conditions. My exam was without any feedback of findings. Was given handouts from visit and told to get labs but not which ones or why.
Our whole family sees doctor Ho. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time with patients and she truly cares about them. Anyone should be lucky to get an appointment with this great doctor. Anytime we have to switch insurances, I make sure she is apart of the group we choose. She is through, and makes you feel like a human. We need more doctors like her!

I saw Dr. Ho twice already - she takes time talking to you regarding your health issues. On my first GME - I opted to have a cologuard test and as a preventive health measure, it was covered by my insurance. It is our responsibility to check with our HMO for covered/ non covered benefits. I don't have any issues with her and I will highly recommend her to my friends and family. The MA and other staff are friendly as well. I find this Clinic very private and fits well with my standard of care.
I would not recommend Dr. Ho as a doctor. I went to her one time and requested an order for the cologuard test. She did not explain the implications of the cologuard and how insurance bills the test. Her lack of medical direction cost me $2600 instead of a $0 colonoscopy. I have had many friends tell me since that their doctor warned them about the cologuard test and billing. I wish Dr. Ho had done the same. I called the office twice to speak with her and she had a nurse return the call both tim
I love Dr. Ho - she is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always lends an ear to listen to all of my concerns. She was the first doctor NOT to look at me like I was crazy when describing a pain I was experiencing for over 10 years. She did the follow up research after the appointment that aided in an official diagnosis. She helped me to resolve this long-standing issue quickly and professionally.
