Heather made time for all of my questions and gave me thoughtful answers. She was very attentive to my concerns and didn't dismiss any testing I asked for. She was super patient and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed or that I had to fly through the questions I had. I wish everybody could experience the level of care that she gives and I pray she doesn't leave! I recommend her to all of my friends.
