Heather was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive, informed, supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to handle all my questions with professionalism, good humor and understanding. She regularly went above and beyond to get answers for us and explain things. I will never ever sell a house again unless it is with her. I don’t imagine there is a realtor better prepared to handle all the ups and downs of selling a house. She gave us honest and constructive advice about getting our home ready to ... read more

We have had the pleasure of working with Heather not once, but twice, for both selling and buying a home, and we couldn’t be happier with our experiences. She made what can be a stressful process feel organized and manageable, always keeping us informed and answering our questions along the way. My realtor Heather Kocur with Lake Holiday reality was a delight to work with. Heather listened to all our needs and wants. She was so professional and detailed! Heather did a great job staging our house, answered all our questions, and priced our house for the housing market in our area. My house was not even on the market for 24 hours. The second person who look at our house bought it! Cash offer. When I need to buy or sell Heather Kocur will be my choice of realtor!

Heather is an amazing, friendly and understanding realtor. She has the knowledge and drive to help you buy, sell, rent, whatever. She kept the process smooth and had our best interests in mind at all times. Everything you should expect from a good realtor. She is the type of person you hire, and then stay friends with when it's all done. Thanks Heather!!!!
