Heather was fantastic to work with. We expressed our interest in selling quickly, due to having three small children and two big dogs. She made it happen! Putting in the work upfront made the sale process happen quickly. When it came to looking for our new home, heather had to ‘walk me off the cliff’ a number of times. I was worried about length of time that it would take to sell my condo as there were other ones listed in area. Heather made process easy and I was able to have quick sale. I highly recommend her as a realtor. She is a joy to work with!!
Heather was incredible to work with. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions; as first time home buyers, we had many. She wasn't pushy at all like some Realtors seem to be. She even told us "I will not let you buy this" on the first one we looked at because it was so overpriced and needed so much work done. She made sure we loved the place we got. Heather was great when it came to selling my condo. I had feared that due to the market and a few other units in my building up for sale that it may not sell in a timely manner, but her experience lead to it being sold in only a few weeks. Her photographer/videographer were great as well! Would definitely use her again to sell a place!
