Dr. Sheffield has always been very knowledgeable and caring towards any concerns I’ve had. She always assure I have a clear understanding of what she is explaining. Also, her MA Brandy is the best. Together they are a great team!!! I voluntarily drive a hour away for their great care and treatment. I always recommend her office when asked if I know of a good PCP. Thanks Dr.Sheffield and staff!!
I've been a patient since about 2014, I absolutely love her!! She really listens, I rarely feel rushed and she has been heaven sent regarding my stooooopid thyroid!!! I've informed her already, wherever she goes I'm going with her!! I don't ever want to start all over with a different doctor

I have been going to Dr. Heather Sheffield for a few years now and I have been very pleased with her thorough approach. She is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as is needed to care for my needs. I also recommended her to my wife and now we both use her as our primary care physician, and that's saying a lot, because my wife is a nurse. We love Dr. Sheffield!
Her office is more concerned with $ than patient care. She treats symptoms, not actual conditions. She is so focuses on checking bloodwork constantly $$$$$, that she has no focus on actual treatment.
Dr Sheffield is very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
