Heather Pappas is smart and knows how to sell a house. She gave me a lot of upgrades and told me that if I do the upgrades that the house would not only sell at a higher price but would sell quickly. I did that and she was correct. The house had bids within two days of listing and it sold for a higher than listed price. If anyone in I central Indiana has a house that is more than $700,000, please use her. She is the best.
