My experience of Heather is that she is very grounded, willing to go to deep places, and can hold you in that depth. She is a skillful and effective couples therapist and individual therapist for adults. She is highly trained, compassionate, intuitive, and knowledgable. Heather offers brainspotting too which is such a plus for clients working through trauma, anxiety, or feeling stuck!
For as long as I have known Heather, I've known her to be a compassionate, curious individual. Heather was born to do therapeutic work with folks. She is deeply respectful and inquisitive of individual's perspectives and experiences. I've learned so much from her about the therapeutic presence and have gained deeper insight about myself in our time together.
Heather is an inviting, sensitive, and aware person which expresses into the care she gives her clients. She takes the time to truly listen and provides unique, holistic perspective!
