I have sincere concerns about this facility. I have had friends or family who have been in a few different physical rehabs in the Cleveland area over the past two years but this is the first time I am writing a review. Unless you can physically check on your loved one daily, and your loved one can keep track of their own treatment, I would not recommend this rehab. There have been some very serious health consequences for my loved one resulting from the care they received at Heather Hill. I may update this review.

I was in Heather Hill for 8 weeks in February/March 2016 after becoming paralyzed from chest down. I had great care. And my therapists and all the other therapists were AWESOME. I made some great friendships during this time. The Aides that took care of me were awesome also. I would recommend Heather Hill to anybody.

This place is a joke. No staff at the front desk, took two hours to get a nurse to come look at my family member. Family member was supposed to have 24 hour care but he was left alone several times and to the point where he fell, hitting his head and fracturing a rib. Any concerns you have on a family member, the staff either says 'i don't know' or completely brushes you off. Totally unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Very poor care. Within one week my mother developed uti and did not receive a bath. I tested her button to see how long a nurse took to come to her room. It took 25 min. Unacceptable. Transferred her out immediately.
