I agree with January 2014 post. I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. Our manager is great she works very hard and our Maintaince is great too. The phones are always ringing and the best way is to come in before 12 noon in person. If you get an apartment here you will love it.
Its unfortunate that you didn't receive a call from Heather Heights. I can say that this is the BEST apartment community in Martinsville. The maintenance is fabulous. The Manager is great too. The property is always beautiful. The residents are very nice too. Its VERY hard to find an apartment complex that is income based and this nice. You should maybe come to the property and visit the managers office. She is very busy but always takes the time to welcome every guest that comes thru the door. If you're trying to get an apartment here, don't bother. They never answer the phone or return calls. I've called everyday for the last 2 weeks and left a message every time. They never once answered nor called me back. Very unprofessional. If this is what their office is like, I'd hate to see how they run their apartments.
