This company scams people people out of thousands of dollars. We had our townhouse professionally cleaned numerous times and we were still charged around $1800 at the end. They moved new tentants in within exactly 2 weeks of us moving out but they say they replaced every peice of carpet in the apartment with an "outside contractor " even though they cut it up themselves. Do not rent from this company, we moved out after 2 years and now they are trying to charge us 2,000 in addition to keeping the security deposit. The apartments are livable, but everything from the appliances to the door locks are super cheap and they will up-charge you when you move out for replacements and cleaning. They harassed us via email for weeks about pet waste that we proved multiple times wasn’t ours, one of the managers showed up unannounced (which is illegal) and tried to march me around the property to scold me... read more

These people scam people out of thousands of dollars when moving out of their rentals. below is a link to the shelby county courts with full documents showing their claim of damages.i tried looking up miami county court to show copies of that as well but they are not available online. these are all public files anyone can look up. there are many many court proceedings with this company. i urge you if you are currently renting from them to hire a lawyer upon leaving https://search.shelbyco.net/eservices/search.page.9.3…
Three years I stayed at this place and while leaving got the apartment professionally cleaned including sending receipts of cleanup to their office. Paid my rent on time for 3 years. And what I got nothing short of a christmas gift, instead of returning my security deposit they sent me a bill of $1200. SHOCKED and Amazed at the charges, replacing kitchen counter tops, washing the walls, $50 for cleaning kitchen cabinets. I mean are you kidding me ?
