We couldn't be happier with our home. We picked a lot that is buried in the back of the development and on a cul-de-sac so we get zero traffic going by and don't here any ruckus from hwy 17. Our house is gorgeous and we added a bunch of things to it that came out great (screened in porch, kitchen backsplash, ceiling fans in all rooms and out on the back porch. We have had a wonderful experience with DR Horton. Any issues that have come up with our home have been resolved and with friendly service. Matt was our warranty tech and he was incredible helping us coordinate repairs during our one year warranty inspection and truly went above and beyond with his customer service.
Matt did a great job. He addressed all of our issues.
Matt helped us with our 11-month reinspection and handled the scheduling of all warrantied repairs. He was very honest and professional and did a great job explaining what was and was not covered, gave accurate estimates about the time it would take to fix each (mostly minor) issue, and was very communicative throughout the entire process.
