My wife and I have lived here since early July 2017. From move in day on, Jennifer and Tom have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is satisfactory. Rent is affordable, work orders are processed by Tom promptly (I deal with work orders a lot in my occupation so I definitely don't take that for granted), and the units around us aren't noisy by any means. Heather Glen was our first choice when we were apartment hunting and we are blessed to live here.
Got to love 'it!!!! – Got to love it. Just received my "supposed" bill following relocating "from" Heather Glen Apartments in McMinnville to where I am now. By the way, "much, much happier where I am now. Exceedingly less intrusive, healthier landlords. OK, back to the "In/Out Inspection & final accounting!" HORRIBLE MANAGERS!!! – Dixie manages these apartments and she is AWFUL! Unless you are invited into her "clique", then you will be harrassed unmercifully; your maintence requests will be ignored; & you will be frowned & scoweled at - and that is if you haven't done anything to tick them off!! If you do or say anything that upsets Dixie, or If you make a valid complaint about another tenant that happens to be part of her "clique", your complaint will be IGNORED and you will be treated even worse than before!!
