Heather Gierl helped my in-laws purchase a home in Milwaukee from out of state. Heather was present at an open-house for this property and quickly made herself available to help my in-laws write an offer. She helped guide them through the offer-writing process, and they were able to submit an offer in a matter of hours after having left the open-house, thanks to Heather's ability to move quickly. My husband and I loved working with Heather. It was as if we were hanging with one of our oldest friends. She made the whole process fun and taught us a lot as we are first time homebuyers. Whenever she sent us a listing we loved, she immediately responded and booked a showing at a time that worked for us. We are very pleased with our experience with Heather.
