Wonderful massage! I am sore the day after which in my opinion means that it worked and was well worth it! Highly recommend.
Heather really listens and her fingers are almost intuitive. She never made me hurt while really peeling back the layers of tension in my rotator cuff injury. Highly recommend. I’ve book several more to be sure I could get more pain relief
I feel lucky to have found a such a wonderful massage therapist. Heather always asks what type of massage I need. She listens and works on the areas that need attention. I receive great care from her. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after my appointments with her.
I have been a massage client of Heather’s for over 5 years. Seeing Heather for massage is a great treat of self-care that I always look forward to. I recently came to an appointment for a relaxation massage, but also asked for evaluation and treatment for a new hip pain. During the appointment, I asked Heather how massage can work with chiropractic care to help my hip. She had a great explanation for me and answered all my questions. Heather has been so great! I have gone to her with 2 pregnancies and she has helped my back, hip and sciatica pain significantly! She does everything she can to make you feel comfortable such as the warming table, dim lights, ambient music, etc. She communicates great and always asks what I want focused on before each session! She takes insurance which not a lot of places do. Overall an amazing experience!
