This was my first time here and everything exceeded my expectations. Every staff member I met was friendly. My appointment was with the Nurse Practitioner, Heather Hartlin. First appointments can be a bit unnerving because you're not sure what to expect. However, I made the right choice coming here. One of the rudest healthcare providers I have ever met. I brought my father in for evaluation, and she didn't even have the audacity to introduce herself... mind you, the chief complaint dealt with memory loss. She then not only performed an incomplete neurocognitive assessment of my father, but had terrible bedside manner.
