One of the rudest healthcare providers I have ever met. I brought my father in for evaluation, and she didn't even have the audacity to introduce herself... mind you, the chief complaint dealt with memory loss. She then not only performed an incomplete neurocognitive assessment of my father, but had terrible bedside manner.
