Heather is one of the few realtors I've dealt with that is only concerned with what is important to you- not just making a sale. She is thoughtful, diligent, kind, etc. She brings ideas and market knowledge to help you decide what is best. Wish I could buy/ sell more homes in Houston as she would be the one to use!

Heather did a fine job marketing our property , we had 3 offers within a short time and got the best deal closed in a few weeks . Negotiation techniques , structured approach supported by Compass portal was a time saver.

Not that I want to move again, but I wouldn't use any other realtor in Houston if I did. I found Heather through my boss and reached out, as I was looking for lender recommendations. I already had another realtor lined up (friend of a friend kind of thing) but wanted to research more rates.
