Heather is wonderful, follows through with all questions clearly and makes sure it's beneficial for my recovery. This was a big surgery for me and right at the start of listening and weighing my options Heather was honest and forthright about the necessity of the damage to my neck. Through the beginning and then at the hospital in recovery Heather has been always been there. I am very excited that we'll continue our journey to the road of healing!! I cannot say enough about Heather she is an amazing woman.
