Rude. It’s been awhile since I’ve been there but everyone was very rude. Told her I was cold a lot. My iron was an 8. Told me it was long haul covid and it was cold in her building. My friend went there a lot for her bloating stomach. I knew something else was wrong and begged her to go to another doctor. Last time she went she was bloated and heather told her she was constipated. She had diarrhea for 2 years. Gave her Linzess. Told her if it didn’t get better to go to the Hosptial. Update: a week later I call again and the receptionist that works on fridays is also extremely rude. Still refusing to send me my medical records- said on the phone I could pick them up outside after business hours. How is it legal to leave my medical records outside?? I said I don’t feel comfortable with that and I would like them mailed to me and she said she’d have to talk to heather about it and hung up immediately and won’t answer another call.
