Update: a week later I call again and the receptionist that works on fridays is also extremely rude. Still refusing to send me my medical records- said on the phone I could pick them up outside after business hours. How is it legal to leave my medical records outside?? I said I don’t feel comfortable with that and I would like them mailed to me and she said she’d have to talk to heather about it and hung up immediately and won’t answer another call.
