I feel fortunate to have had heather as my nurse practitioner last Thurs. I immediately felt at ease. She discussed my Bone Density in a way thar I will be able to understand it in the future. She had a couple other discussion points that will help me in the future also! Very pleasant office visit! Bonnie Grobenk
She was professional and empathetic
I was put in a room and waited for her to come in but after 45 minutes I decided to leave. The waiting room only had two other people in it and I felt like there was no reason to wait that long to be seen. I never heard from anyone in that office. I am looking to switch doctors asap. When you leave messages about it takes several days to hear back from someone just no a good way to run an office
