Heather helped me through my whole loan process, gave me advice when I asked, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way. She made the loan happen faster than projected, and was understanding that I had an impatient seller. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had, even when she had a family emergency (which I felt really bad about). And just when I was sitting and thinking one day about how happy I was with how things were going, cookie showed up at my door from Heather! I couldn't recommend her enough.

I really enjoyed working with Heather. Although we never got a chance to meet in person, we were able to communicate everything over the phone in order to help us purchase our first home. She was very knowledgeable in the lending process and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home loan.

We were recommended Heather when my partner and I started looking into buying a house and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Heather was so helpful, fielding every question I threw at her promptly and guiding us through every step of the process. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect but she made us feel prepared. By far the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. Heather was on top of everything that needed to be done and always responded quickly to questions and concerns. my deal had many roadblocks and delays and she helped me through them and was very patient and informative. I would not hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her services. if you want the best possible home buying experience you need to give Heather a call!

We loved having Heather as a lender. We came to her after having the worst experience ever with a lender, and she was very caring and patient with us during our home buying process. Heather has been absolutely amazing to work with! She was there every step of the way from getting pre approved to closing on our house and she will continue to help and meet with us yearly(if you choose to do so) for the length of the loan! With the crazy house market, Heather always made sure we were one step ahead so we could get our offers out as fast as possible. Also being first time home buyers, we didn't know anything. Heather Ducker is absolutely amazing to work with, especially as a first time home buyer. She was always warm and upbeat and willing to answer many questions in person and via email.
