Dr. Heather Day was kind and courteous. She has a very comforting smile if you don’t enjoy going to the doctor. She helped me understand all the issues that I was having with my vision and took the time to make sure I was comfortable in my new frames. I’m not a fan of wearing glasses, (like most people :)) but she helped me understand my need and was very helpful. Definitely recommend her expertise!

She took forever and for once I had for once scheduled an appointment across town for something that I was late for. I was there over an hour and she kept trying to get me to buy glasses or contacts for my recently lasik repaired 20/15 eyes. She was having me try 2 different brands at the same time and the most expensive contacts there, $600-900 a year, acting like most people have that much money on the spot for something like that. I used to buy contacts about once a quarter and spent half that a year. I had already spent ... read more

Made an appointment on Wednesday to see Dr. Mian on the following Monday. When I got there the office staff said we tried to call you Friday one time to tell you we are not in your network. I politely asked did you call me this morning? She just stood there with a blank stare and would not answer. I told her she could have called me between 8am and 9am that morning because my appointment was not until 9 40 am and I did not leave until 9 10 am.
