Dr. C & her staff are very professional and nice. They answer all my questions & explain things to me in a way I can understand.
I have been seeing Dr. Colmenter for a number of years. She always takes the time to listen and discusses options we can take to isolate the source of pain in my back. Every time I think it is time to give up she encourages me to hang in there on this journey. I know the source of chronic back pain does not always show up on x-rays, MRI's or CT scans and the she is doing everything she can to help me.
Always on time, always listening, never any surprises, always timely feedback and prescription service.
Methodist Clearlake is the only hospital I trust for our family. The level of service from everyone a if the hospital sets the tone for a positive experience. Doctors and Nurses have excellent education. Most are b ok arc certified. The care teams work well together. Even the cafeteria had better than average food for a hospital. I was even provided music and aromatherapy for a recent visit. Truly a caring staff.
