This one star rating is not for Heather & Company Realty Group but for a member on their team Laura Rodriguez. I rented a Section 8 home that she has. Lived there for almost 4 years. Never had a problem with Laura until I had a water leak under the house. Long story short had to sue her because the leakage bills were so high that she was aware of and did not help cover, eventually my water got cut off. Annie and Brandon House were amazing and made selling our first home a lot less stressful! We were able to ask them all of the questions when we felt like we weren’t sure about something and they always responded promptly and in a helpful way! Heather and Co is definitely lucky to have them on their team and we’d use them again in the future! Thanks guys!
