I was not even able to make an appointment because the secretary was giving me a hard time demanding the CID of my referral to make the appointment and I could find the referral at my doctors portal. I explained what it was and this was my first time having this problem where someone demands the cid from a referral. Look for another urologist with better secretaries. I have an insurance that doesn’t need referrals to make doctors appointment. I have a 3 months daughter and it is hard for me to keep find time to make calls.
Amazing experience with Dr. Chalfin but the staff kept losing me in the shuffle.
Dr. Chalfin is extremely condescending and is not very pleasant. She needs to realize she is not above anymore and puts her pants on one leg at a time like everyone else. I used to think it was a bad day but no this is just how she is. It is truly sad.
