I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnes since she started at ICV. She’s always professional, kind and thorough. She listens and prescribes appropriate medications or therapies for anything that arises. If she thinks I need a referral she is willing to send me to a specialist. I always feel that my health is in good hands with her.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Barnes for 15 years. She has saved my life a few times and saved my daughter’s life once. She is caring, kind, and listens to you. I’ve had doctors that didn’t remember me and obviously didn’t read over my history before they came in the room. That is not the case with Dr Barnes. She remembers everything about our medical history. My daughter and I both pray that Dr Barnes never leaves Yukon or retirees. We never want another doctor again.
For the past 12-plus years, Dr. Barnes has been my PCP, and she also delivered my child and has been his primary since then. Not once have we had a negative experience. My most recent appointment brought me some scary news, and Dr. Barnes made sure I understood exactly what the diagnosis meant, addressed my concerns, and we decided together which specialist I would be referred to. She truly is the best and we feel blessed to have such a wonderful physician caring for our family.
