**Addendum to Original Post** Since she can't discuss it I will. On her appraisal to the bank Ms. Baggerly-Lucas said that we had a room with cages and “animal toys” on the floor, and that there was a bad odor. She recommended that all our laminate flooring be replaced before the refinance because she was sure the smell would be in floors and the walls.
